The Crandon Lakes Country Club, Inc. Board of Directors and staff would like to take
this opportunity to personally welcome you to our beautiful lake community.

Crandon Lakes is a very desirable place to live. We are a membership community consisting of 2 townships, Hampton and Stillwater. Our community
consists of year round residents and seasonal residents, ranging from retired seniors to young couples and growing families.

The Crandon Lakes Country Club (C.L.C.C) is the organization to which all property owners are required to pay dues. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of some of the many benefits and services that our community offers.
Services and facilities that are provided to all compliant members include:

* Security patrols of the residential and recreational areas of the lake;

* Year-round recreational program for both children and adults;

* Finely maintained and staffed beach facilities and convenient boat launches;

* Community recreational areas consisting of picnic areas, baseball & soccer
fields, basketball court, and volleyball;

* Multiple play areas for children, equipped with swings and slides.

October 28th 2009

Hello All,

First off, I would like to thank everyone who voted in last week's election. The budget for the 2010-2011, with a nominal increase of $15, passed. We had a total of 72 Homeowners and 11 Lot Owners voting. Still a small number, but for those who did vote, thanks again. We will not have to make any cuts going into next year's season!

Secondly, I would like to present an exciting new project which we hope will preserve our Lake for the future, as well as deal with the chronic off-road wash-out problems. On October 17, after the Budget meeting, there was a joint meeting of CLCC and CLAPO. The meeting was conducted by Michelle Ryan, who is on both the CLCC and CLAPO Boards. The meeting introduced an exciting new project and we would like to gain your approval. The members who attended the meeting were very supportive, but all of us agreed that for this project, we really need to gain the approval of the entire community. Members need to vote on the project, but first they need to understand what it is about. To that end, we decided to have several meetings. Since we can"t seem to get the community to attend the meetings at the Office, we decided to try having the meetings at different people's houses. One of our members has volunteered her house for a meeting in the Lower Lake. If anyone would like to attend, please let us know by emailing mryan1@embarqmail.comwith your intention. If anyone would like to host a different meeting please reply to this email: mryan1@embarqmail.com or call Michelle Ryan @ 973-948-7685. This project is for the entire community and will benefit the entire community! Please consider taking an hour out of your evening or weekend to attend. As the dates and times of these meeting come together we will let everyone know by email. We would like to get the informational meeting accomplished by November 30th so we could send the votes out by the end of December.
Thank you and we look forward to the ENTIRE Lake community working together for a common cause.
